Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Perishable goods (e.g., pet treats, food)

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
