1. Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

2. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international markets in the near future.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We want you and your pet to be happy! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (e.g. treats, food)

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process
Contact us at Contact@TheSpanielStore.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account or credit card again.

Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
